1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using the Massage Business Institute ("MBI") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed installment. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Fees & Refunds

All course fees are non-refundable once the classes have commenced. Cancellations before commencement are eligible for a partial refund subject to administrative charges.

4. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the curriculum, practical assessments, and clearance of all dues.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, respect faculty and peers, and adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of MBI and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
